WinCend high-pressure blowers feature a patented mixed-flow design that ingeniously combines the high-flow characteristics of axial-flow blowers with the high-pressure capabilities of centrifugal blowers. Airflow is first accelerated and preliminarily pressurized through the axial-flow stage before entering the centrifugal stage for further compression. This two-stage synergy elevates single-unit efficiency to 78-85%, significantly surpassing traditional designs.

The mixed-flow impeller is precision-milled from a single piece of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, rather than using traditional welding or casting methods. This ensures perfect dynamic balance and structural integrity during high-speed rotation (up to 12,000 rpm). This manufacturing process enables the impeller to withstand higher peripheral speeds, thereby achieving greater pressure ratios.

For applications requiring extremely high pressures, WinCend offers configurable multi-stage compression systems. By cascading 2-4 compression stages on a single shaft, the cumulative pressure increase per stage builds the final outlet pressure.
