Industrial Blower Product Introduction

Industrial blowers mainly consist of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also serving as an oil tank), and oil drip nozzle.

The industrial blower operates through the eccentric rotation of an offset rotor within the cylinder, and the volume change between the blades in the rotor slots draws in, compresses, and discharges air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically delivers lubricant to the oil drip nozzle, which then drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while also preventing backflow of gas within the cylinder.

As a power equipment widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, and daily life, the core function of a blower is to convert mechanical energy into kinetic energy of gas, achieving directional transport of air or other gases.

From combustion assistance in metallurgical blast furnaces to aeration in sewage treatment plants, from grain drying to oxygen supply systems in medical equipment, blowers are ubiquitous.
