Characteristics Of Centrifugal Blowers

1. Compact structure: Beautiful appearance, good stability, and convenient installation and maintenance.

2. Smooth operation: The optimized impeller design minimizes axial force, and the high-efficiency impeller, after static and dynamic balance correction, ensures smooth operation of the entire machine. The bearing vibration amplitude is ≤0.04mm without any vibration damping devices.

3. Low noise: The blower operates without any mechanical friction, and the rationally designed blade profile minimizes noise. The noise generated by the centrifugal blower is high-frequency noise, which can be easily insulated by obstacles, so there is almost no noise outside the blower room.

4. Oil-free operation: The blower bearings are lubricated with grease, providing a bearing life of over three years. The blower does not produce oil mist during operation. For special requirements, molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease is used for bearing lubrication.

5. Impeller: The impeller uses a special composite profile, reducing internal leakage and improving volumetric efficiency.

6. Easy adjustment: Flow rate is adjusted by a butterfly valve at the inlet, and pressure is adjusted by a butterfly valve at the outlet.

7. Driving method: Usually driven by a two-pole asynchronous motor, but a four-pole motor can also be used. Motors with different voltages can be used depending on the user's power grid.

8. Sealing: In addition to the inlet ring, labyrinth seals are installed between stages and at both ends of the casing to prevent gas leakage.

9. Cooling: The exhaust bearing housing has both air-cooled and water-cooled structures. Due to the progressive compression of the gas by the impeller, the temperature of the exhaust casing is much higher than that of the inlet casing. Air or water cooling devices are installed in the exhaust bearing housing to extend the bearing life.

10. Bearing temperature control alarm: The blower is equipped with a temperature control box connected to the bearings via a PT100 resistor. When the bearing temperature exceeds the set temperature, the temperature control box will automatically alarm.

11. Transmission methods: Three transmission methods are available: coupling drive, belt drive, and gearbox drive. Different transmission methods are selected according to different equipment and processes.
