Due to the wide range of applications for high-pressure blowers, their selection process is relatively complex. Generally, the following two steps are required:
1. Determine the function of the high-pressure blower at the site – whether it's for suction or blowing – and identify the corresponding pressure-flow curve. Selecting the wrong curve can sometimes result in an unusable product.
2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working point on the curve that simultaneously satisfies both pressure and flow requirements. Then, select the high-pressure blower model based on this working curve. Different working environments have different pressure and flow rate requirements; therefore, relevant calculations are necessary to obtain relatively accurate data.
