Applications of Centrifugal Blowers

The main components of a centrifugal blower include air suspension bearings, a motor, a frequency converter, and a relief valve. All components are installed on a common base. The air suspension bearing is one of the most critical components of the blower. It uses an air force field to suspend the bearing and maintain high-speed operation. Compared with traditional bearings, it operates without contact, requires no lubrication oil, has low friction, and low energy loss. The ultra-high-speed DC motor features stepless speed regulation, a wide speed range, a simple structure, low noise, high efficiency, and stable operation. The frequency converter adjusts the airflow and pressure, offering a wide adjustment range and high precision, increasing efficiency by up to 30% or more.

In short, centrifugal blowers are characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, simple installation, and convenient maintenance.

Centrifugal blowers are widely used in water treatment projects such as urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, as well as in metallurgy, chemical industry, aquaculture, pneumatic conveying, and mining flotation, for conveying air or other non-toxic, non-corrosive gases.

They can also be used for ventilation and induced draft in boilers and industrial furnaces, cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household appliances, drying and conveying of grains; wind tunnel air sources, and inflation and propulsion of hovercraft.
