Centrifugal Blower Solutions

As a core piece of equipment in the chemical industry, the centrifugal blower's safe operation and protection are crucial for its stable performance. Due to its complex operating process, the control system often involves separate control of various components. Achieving load loading and unloading typically requires numerous manual steps, and sometimes precise control based on real-time needs is not possible.

By decoupling the control of the inlet guide vanes (IGV) and blow-off valve (BOV), a one-button loading and unloading function for the air centrifugal blower has been achieved. Two control modes, automatic re-adjustment and constant pressure control, have also been proposed. This improves the intelligence and reliability of the control system and allows for accurate control of the air centrifugal blower based on real-time process production needs.

Centrifugal Blower Start-up Conditions
The start-up conditions for the centrifugal blower typically include: lubrication oil cooler outlet temperature greater than 35℃, lubrication oil manifold pressure greater than 0.25 MPa(G), blower inlet guide vane (IGV) position slightly open, blower blow-off valve (BOV) position fully open, no interlock shutdown of the unit, and permission to start from the DCS system.
