Characteristics of High-Pressure Blowers

Generally, high-pressure blowers have the following characteristics:

1. Dual function of blowing and suction: one machine serves two purposes, capable of both suction and blowing; some high-end models, such as the Highrui 4HB series, can even perform suction and blowing simultaneously, similar to the function of a rotary vane vacuum pump;

2. Low oil or oil-free operation, resulting in clean output air;

3. Compared to centrifugal fans and medium-pressure fans, they have much higher pressure, often more than ten times higher than centrifugal fans, with pressures reaching up to 230 KPA;

4. If the pump body is integrally die-cast and uses anti-vibration mounting feet, the requirements for the installation foundation are very low. It can even operate normally without fixed mounting feet, which is very convenient and saves on installation costs and time;

5. Compared to other types of fans, such as Highrui fans, their operating noise is lower, especially noticeable with higher power ratings (5.5KW and above);

6. Maintenance-free operation: its only wear parts are two bearings, and within the warranty period, virtually no maintenance is required;

7. High-pressure blowers experience very minimal mechanical wear because, besides the bearings, there are no other mechanical contact parts. Therefore, their service life is very long; under normal operating conditions, 3-5 years of operation is completely achievable. This is the main reason for the widespread adoption of high-pressure blowers in China.
